I have started about three months on your exercise routine. First i did the 20 minute one and know I am up to the different session that you have out there. I have also included the 15 minutes neck stretch about 3 times a week. I feel so much stronger and have lost 10 lbs. You two are a blast and I really really like your session. Wonderful resource
This book is exactly what I have been looking for. Instead of trying to keep track of all the continual debates on diet, the authors have created a plan for you to find out what works best for you (as well as what makes you feel like junk.) Best part is I'm finally seeing results!

Simplified everything

I swear by Eating for Life. I bought the ebook, read it cover to cover, calculated my TDEE, cleaned out the fridge and cupboards, meal planned, shopped, and meal prepped, then started. I am on day 15 feeling so much better. I'm trying to stay off the scale, but my clothes are fitting much better! I cannot believe how this simple ebook has changed my life and the way I look at food! Great starting point for anyone that wants to use science based nutrition rather than entertainment or trends to be healthy and lose weight.

Really well done
Coach Kozak and Claudia really packed in a lot of great information into this book. I've read 200 page books on nutrition that I felt just rambled on to fill pages. This was straight to the point and contained a lot of actionable advice that I'm going to implement into my diet starting today. Thank you HASfit for always putting out content I can trust.
