Workout Length and Frequency:

The average individual workout session is between 30-45 minutes in length. The average mobility and recovery session is between 10-15 minutes. This program is designed to be extremely flexible, so it can easily be adjusted to less or more frequent depending on your schedule and existing workout plan.

Equipment:

The endurance athlete's training program requires a pair of dumbbells. The weight you use will be totally dependent on your fitness level, but most will use between 5lbs - 20lbs (2kg - 10kg) per dumbbell.

You may also want an exercise mat for comfort.

Complete support for your endurance training

Using this program alongside my running program for a month now and I can already see benefits compared to training without supporting exercises (or my own sloppy idea of supporting exercises). I don't have any aches even though I've started on a more strenuous running program than usually. This program has it all: strength, core, mobility, stretching. As is the case with any HASfit program, there's enough variety so it won't get boring/predictable. I cannot stress enough how good of an investment this program is. I am never training for a running event without it. Thank you HASfit!

Great supplement with my other training

I'm training for a marathon and I needed some cross training that I could add to my running. This program is great because it not only includes strength training, but also a lot of great mobility work that I wouldn't normally do on my own. I'm feeling less "tight" than usual and a few of my nagging injuries are fading away. Highly recommend this to any endurance athletes out there.
