Workout Length and Frequency:

The average individual workout session is between 30-45 minutes in length. While this program is designed to be used 5 days per week, it can easily be adjusted to less or more depending on your schedule and existing workout plan.

Equipment:

This bodyweight workout program doesn't require any equipment. You will have the opportunity to add resistance by using a chair, bench, box, or light hand weights, but it isn't needed.

You may also want an exercise mat for comfort.

Rock Solid Program

I've used this program 2x's through now and I can verify that it's the real deal. I'm a huge fan of bodyweight training and had been creating my own routines before.
